Scrap Metal Pick Up
Sierra Recycling and Demolition prides itself on making recycling scrap metal as easy as possible! Sierra R&D realized that not everyone could easily load up a truck and bring in their scrap material due to high volume of scrap metal. Sierra R&D offer’s scrap metal pickups; these pickups are for customers who have large volume of scrap that are too hard to manage on their own. Sierra R&D offers a variety of roll-off bins, high and low side end dump trailers, flat-bed trailers, and low boy trailers to load. Once the chosen container is full Sierra R&D will pick up the container and then bring it back to Sierra R&D to be recycled.
Safely or Not At All!
Sierra R&D is committed to safety. Prior to any work, Sierra R&D completes all the necessary notifications (USA Dig, NESHAP, and any other notifications necessary) to obtain permits for demolition work. When starting work Sierra R&D does a full equipment inspection, tracks emissions based on Green House Gas (GHG) guidelines, and ensures daily housekeeping to create a safe work environment preventing injuries. Once the project is complete, Sierra R&D hauls off any scrap metal in a designated end dump trailer and brought into Sierra’s processing facility to be recycled. Once complete, Sierra R&D’s crew will leave the job site as orderly as possible.
