Sierra Recycling and Demolition had one major dilemma when removing these vessels; this site is an active plant. Before any demolition work can start the 80k vessels could not be near the live plant. To begin the removal process Sierra R&D torch cut the tank into three sections for easier evacuation. The three sections were then craned and placed on a low boy trailer and transferred to Sierra R&D’s facility and processed.
